Items may be returned within (14) days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Please note that all ties must be received in their original / unworn condition with all tags attached. Products that have been clearly worn, altered or are missing tags will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Returns are often processed quickly, but may take (10-15) business days from the time the package is delivered. Please note this is subject to change based on volume during promotional periods, tech issues, etc. Once processed, refunds can take up to (7) business days to appear on your original form of payment, depending on your banking institution.
